Bernadette's Marshmallow Slice

Ingredients

Base:


2 1/2 weetbix, crushed

1 T cocoa

1 C flour

1 C coconut

1 t baking powder

170g butter

3/4 C sugar


Topping:


3 dessert spoons of gelatine

1.5 C boiling water

Vanilla essence and food colouring

3 C sugar

Directions

For the base:

Mix all together, press flat into tin. Bake 15 mins in a moderate oven.

For the topping:

Thoroughly dissolve gelatine in boiling water.
Beat until fluffy, and pour onto base. Let set in fridge.
