1. Clean, halve and de-pip plums
2. Clean agee jars, and put in the oven for 10 mins at 160 degrees
3. Make syrup with 1 cup of sugar per 3 cups of water (light syrup)
4. Bring syrup to the boil, and add plums.
5. Bring plum mixture to the boil. Boil jar seals in water for 10 min while this is happening.
6. Spoon plums into hot jars - overflow and screw on seals.
7. Once cooled, remove screw tops, check the seals, and clean the jars
